OUR NAME
毎年6月、岩手県滝沢市の鬼越蒼前神社から盛岡市の盛岡八幡宮まで、色鮮やかな装束をまとい、無数の鈴をつけた馬たちが行進する——「チャグチャグ馬コ」は、約200年の歴史を持つ岩手を代表する伝統行事であり、国の無形民俗文化財にも指定されています。
華やかな装束は、岩手県・東北の多彩で特色ある産業の象徴として。道中に響く鈴の音色は、この地の魅力を世界中の人々に届けたいという私たちの想いとして。地域の誇りを胸に、その価値を国境を越えて発信していく——そんな決意を込めて、「チャグチャグ」の名を社名にいただきました。
Every June, horses adorned in vibrant, colorful regalia and countless bells parade from Onikoshi-Sozen Shrine in Takizawa City to Morioka Hachimangu Shrine in Morioka. "Chagu Chagu Umakko" is a celebrated traditional event representing Iwate, with a history spanning approximately 200 years and designated as a National Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Japan.
The dazzling costumes symbolize the diverse and distinctive industries of Iwate and the Tohoku region. The chiming of the bells along the procession route embodies our aspiration to share the allure of this land with people around the world. With regional pride at our core, we are committed to conveying these values beyond borders — it is this resolve that inspired us to name our company "Chaguchagu."

Meet the four founders driving regional revitalization from Tohoku.
Each brings unique experience and expertise, shaping the region's future from their own perspective.
東京都出身。幼少期から海外と日本を行き来する環境で育ち、20年にわたり日本と海外を結ぶ活動に従事。輸出入、販路拡大プロモーション、イベント事業など多岐にわたる事業を展開。フランスでは日本を紹介する雑誌『Wattention France』の発行を行政と連携しながら手がけ、日本の観光・食文化を世界へ発信。インフラ整備としてのレンタカー事業の立ち上げなど、地方創生のための幅広い事業を実現してきた。FMラジオパーソナリティ、音楽プロデューサーとしても活動。
Born in Tokyo. Raised in an environment of constant travel between Japan and overseas, he has dedicated 20 years to building bridges between Japan and the world. His work spans import/export, market expansion, promotional events, and more. In France, he leads the publication of "Wattention France," a magazine introducing Japan, in partnership with public authorities, sharing Japanese tourism and food culture with the world. He has also launched rental car operations as part of regional infrastructure, contributing broadly to regional revitalization. He is also active as an FM radio personality and music producer.
鎌倉を拠点に、財務顧問、アートギャラリー運営、サーフィン施設のプロデュース、福岡県中間市の産業創出、熱海まちづくり、アジアでのホテル展開、インバウンド向けの美容・保育事業、工芸博覧会、金屏風や家具メーカーの事業など、多様な領域にまたがるプロジェクトを手がける。地域・文化・産業を横断する豊富な経験を強みとする。
Based in Kamakura, he leads projects across diverse fields including financial advisory, art gallery management, surf facility production, industrial development in Nakama City (Fukuoka), Atami town revitalization, hotel ventures in Asia, inbound-focused beauty and childcare services, craft exhibitions, gold-leaf folding screens, and furniture manufacturing. His strength lies in his broad experience bridging regions, culture, and industry.

大学卒業後、地方銀行に勤務。営業店および本部にて、中小企業に対する事業融資、経営コンサルティング、起業支援、事業構築、経営改善まで、中小企業経営者への総合的なサポートを経験。さらなる専門性を求め、法律知識ゼロの状態から独学で行政書士試験に挑戦し、2021年度試験に合格。2022年5月、銀行勤務を続けながら副業として行政書士事務所を開設。地域事業の活性化に直接取り組みたいという想いが強まり、2024年に銀行を退職し独立。
Joined a regional bank after graduating from university. Through both branch and headquarters roles, gained comprehensive experience supporting SME owners — covering business financing, management consulting, startup support, business design, and management improvement. Seeking deeper specialization, he self-studied from zero legal knowledge and passed the 2021 Administrative Scrivener Exam. In May 2022, he opened his own office as a side business while still at the bank. Driven by a stronger desire to directly support regional revitalization, he left the bank and went independent in 2024.
